Prius Hybrid’s Victory (The Soul or the Washing Mashing) Part 2

So, marketing professionals and Green Peace… Is it profitable for both of them or only for one side when people buy just body on wheels instead of heart car?

There is a plenty of laments about global warming and very end of oil. In modern trend of pollution control I cannot help saying about highly fashioned innovations of cars operates by compressed air, electricity and gas. How is compressed air made? It is produced due to electricity. But how does electricity appear?   It is made by fuel combustion.  Vicious circle. Gas is the exhaustible resource. In my opinion the main idea humanity has to take care of is the searching of alternative inexhaustible resources as solar power, wind power and tidal power.  The researching has begun but they do not obtain enough financing and attention. As to global warming, the scientists have no evidences that the humanity activity is the main reason of increasing of the average temperature on the Earth. Hydrocarbon emission due to our life sustenance is inappreciable in comparing with natural emission and temperature variation has been noticed long before the industrial revolution. 

I think we should dedicate the whole paragraph to hybrid cars. It is the perfect example of market specialists’ victory. Ecologists and car manufacturers forgot how harmful lithium battery production is. Moreover the facts of the lowest fuel consumption are the myth. The gasoline consumption is often equal in hybrid cars and just compact cars with standard engines. So why do people buy ‘Prius’ and the same fashionable hybrids? I am sure you realize. It is the good sales promotion.  Arnold Schwarzenegger and many other super stars have Prius Hybrid. This car has been used in more movies than Arnold during many years. And we gaze on it like entranced. But what about ecologists? Where is Green Peace? The car companies brought a new system but it is helpless in fuel saving or reducing hydrocarbon emission. The lithium batteries are not produced in The Mars and the result of this production is not vitamins but harmful gases. It is wondering that we enjoy paying a lot of money for this toy.

Many owners of hybrid cars have noticed that their new vehicles consume 20, 17 and even 12 kilometers per liter of petrol instead of declared 33.3 km/l.    It is the same consumption as in Toyota Corolla, for instance. And if we remind low-consumption diesel engines with great horsepower, the hybrids production is fallible.

Are there any scientific researches confirming that more good than harm in manufacturing of hybrids? In fact we can see only increasing of prices in hybrid part of auto market and new step to overconsumption due to promotion of marketroids.

I have only one advice: let’s buy a car followed mind and heart not at advertisement’s bidding.
